Zelensky inspired me very much in 2022, as he inspired his fellow Ukrainians and many others. He is representing a new era of crisis management, excelling at effective communication (with a focus on people and ideology), leading by example, empathy and resilience. I hope everybody finds the courage to lead by example in 2023. But beware: courage is contagious.
